skortoffeebars

This week has been the week of unpredictable weather. And it has included snow. I had a few recipes to make on a day with full sun, only to wake up to a dark and rainy day. Life can be so hard as a food blogger sometimes. But you have to work with what you have got sometimes and make something delicious!

I see these Skor Bars all of the time on Pinterest. So I finally had to make them! I also loved that they are only 4 ingredients!! I love Skor Bars and I seriously couldn’t get enough of these. The toffee chips were so amazing inside and they were such an easy treat! You have to give them a try. 🙂

  1. These are scrumptious! I baked mine for 15 minutes without the chocolate chips, then sprinkled on the chips and baked for 5 minutes more. It worked great!

  2. A 10 minute baking time did not seem long enough so I checked the original recipe and it calls for 20 minutes. I can’t wait to try these…thinking I will bake the crust first for 15 minutes then top with chocolate chips for the last 5-6 minutes to melt the chocolate. They look great.

    1. Yeah I changed the time because I wanted mine to be a little softer and crumbly! Let me know how yours turn out! 🙂

  3. Lovin’ these. I’ve been in the mood for toffee lately. Great photos!
    Have a beautiful weekend!
