An insanely delicious soup that is hearty and packed with all of the amazing things of a cheeseburger inside!

Cheeseburger broccoli soup in a white bowl cup with a handle on the side.

My favorite time of the year is fall. But I especially love when it starts to cool down and becomes soup season! Every year I can’t wait to make my Cheeseburger Soup. It is the best soup that I have ever had. And every time that I make it I am reminded how mind blowing it is. Hearty and delicious and packed with the amazing flavors of a cheeseburger!

My second favorite soup is this Panera Copycat Broccoli Soup. Both soups are insanely good and both are very popular and get rave reviews. So it came to me one day. Why don’t I combine my two favorite soups and make the best tasting soup of all time? So that is what I did and it seriously is to die for!

The flavors came together so well in this soup. All of the goodness of a cheeseburger is packed inside. But the added broccoli gave it more flavor and texture and reminded me of both of my favorite soups! This is a soup that you will want to make over and over again. It is incredible. It is a family favorite and I know you will love this one too!

Made EXACTLY as written. FANTASTIC! Whole family loved it. Buuuut “15 mins prep time”? Took over an hour to make start to finish! Will make again for sure! Thanks for the recipe! 🙂

  2. Can this be made without potatoes? trying to avoid carbs? or is there soemthign that i can sub for potatoes?

  3. My daughter is vegetarian so I’m always trying to find recipes that the whole family can enjoy. I plan to try to make it as a vegetarian with soy crumbles instead of ground beef. I’ll let you know how it goes and how I make the soy crumbles taste a little more like a fried ground beef too.

  4. I plan to make this delicious sounding soup later this week. If one needed to use vegetable or beef broth instead of chicken broth, which would be best? Thank you for all your great recipes, especially in using the crockpot!

  5. I just tried the broccoli cheese soup recipe and loved it, so when I saw this is was STOKED!!! I can’t wait to try it 🙂

  6. My hubby loves Panera’s broccoli soup and I love cheeseburger soup, so this is a match made in heaven!

  7. Making this right now, look delicious! Is there suppose to be celery in it? It is in the directions but not in the ingredients list.
