Chicken caprese pasta casserole in a white casserole dish.

Me and casseroles are BFF’s. They are perfect for the busy season and they can feed a small army. But this casserole is one that will go down in the history book as one of my favorite casseroles. EVER! I couldn’t believe how amazing my first bite was. And the pockets of ooey gooey cheese in every bite. I just couldn’t get enough!

Chicken caprese pasta casserole in a white casserole dish. The flavors in this casserole were incredible. A simple marinara sauce is combined with fresh grape tomatoes and basil. These simple flavors combined give this casserole and out of the world taste. Oh but don’t forget about the mozzarella cheese cubes in this casserole. The cheese is insane in this casserole. So much goodness in each and every bite. Can you see why it became a family favorite? I am sure that this will become a favorite in your family too!
