A recipe that is healthy and delicious is such a win-win! They are the best kinds of recipes because you can eat them and enjoy them guilt-free! What makes a recipe healthy you may ask? Well, it’s different for everyone! I like to ease up on sugar and salt. Then, add in some turkey meat, vegetables, or fruits and you have yourself a pretty healthy meal! They are absolutely delicious and cooking healthy doesn’t have to be hard! These recipes are simple and don’t take too long to make!
