The BEST Skillet Meals

I absolutely love a good meal that I can cook in under 30 minutes. A skillet meal is an awesome way to do that because it all cooks in one pan! That makes it not only easy to cook but easy to clean up as well! It’s a win-win. These meals are so amazing and delicious. Filled with so many different bold flavors, there are so many options! You can try them all and have a new meal every night if you wanted!

I have rounded up my very favorite recipes to be cooked with a skillet. And, if you want to cook the entire meal this way, try out some skillet desserts! This Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie or this Simple Skillet S’mores Cookie is SOO good. They are absolutely delicious, and you MUST try them! Go ahead and take a look at all of these skillet meals in this post and pick a few of your favorites. There are so many that I’m sure that you will find at least one or two that you absolutely love!

Skillet Tips

Skillet meals are a great way to get so much flavor because all of the ingredients are cooked together in a pan! Here are a few tips that are good to know, especially if you haven’t cooked a lot in a skillet before! Good luck and enjoy!

  • How to clean a skillet: You never want to put your skillet pan in the dishwasher! This will eat away at the coating. You can use mild soap and hand wash it.
  • Preheat your pan: When you are cooking with a skillet, you want to take the time to heat it up on the stove before adding ingredients. This will help so that your food doesn’t stick to it. start it out on low heat and then gradually move it up to medium and then high. Heat it up for about 5 minutes before you want to use it for cooking your skillet meals!
  • Dry your pan: Skillets can rust very easily (which is bad!) so make sure that after you cook with it or clean it, you dry it off all the way!
