Combine the pistachios, sugar, lemon juice, dill and pepper. Spoon evenly over salmon fillets.
Grill covered over high heat 5 to 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
To grill the salmon, I used a grilling basket and lined it with aluminum foil and sprayed it with cooking spray. The salmon was able to grill in the juices and I didn't lose any pistachios. It turned out amazing!
