2 ½cupsseeded and diced jalapeno peppersabout 10 large jalapenos
Add 2 ½ cups seeded and diced jalapeno peppers, 1 cup diced green bell pepper, and 1 cup diced red bell pepper to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Transfer to a large saucepan.
Add 5 cups granulated sugar and 1 ¼ cup apple cider vinegar and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
