Butter

Cheddar Cheese,
shredded

Grated Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Bring a large pot with the water and salt to a boil.
Add the grits in and stir. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot with a lid stirring periodically for 5-6 minutes.
Stir in the butter, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese until it's melted and combined. Serve warm!
