Ingredients
3/4cupsour cream
2tablespoonsprepared horseradish,more for taste
2teaspoonsgarlic,crushed
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1/2teaspoonwhite vinegar
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonfreshly-ground black pepper
Instructions
In a medium bowl, add the sour cream, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and crushed garlic cloves.
Whisk to combine until smooth.
Stir in the salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for the flavors to develop.
Season to taste with additional salt and pepper before serving. Garnish with chopped chives.
