Ingredients
1poundwhite American cheese,roughly chopped into 1" pieces
3tablespoonschopped green chiles
2tablespoonspickled jalapeno,diced (more or less to your liking)
2tablespoonsjuice from the pickled jalapenos
1cupwhole milk
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
dash of cumin,to taste
Kosher salt,to taste
Instructions
Add the cheese and milk to a large saucepan and heat over medium-low heat.
Continue to stir until melted.
Once melted add in green chiles, jalapenos, pickled jalapeno juice, onion powder, garlic powder, and cumin. Whisk to combine.
