Ingredients

butter

lemon juice

garlic,
pressed
salt and pepper to taste
lemon zest,
optional
fresh herbs of choice for garnish,
parsley, thyme, etc.
Instructions
Melt the butter in a microwave bowl or over the stove in a saucepan.
Whisk in the lemon juice, garlic, and zest if using.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Stir in fresh chopped herbs of your choice right before serving!
