light corn syrup

Instructions
Combine the sugar, corn syrup, water, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan.
Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat stir for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow the syrup to cool for about 5 minutes.
Whisk in the evaporated milk and vanilla extract.
