Million Dollar Chicken casserole is both delicious and easy to make. The combination of tender chicken, creamy sauce, and crispy Ritz cracker topping is irresistible. The flavor and texture is so good, you'll think it costs a million dollars!
4cupsboneless skinless chicken,cooked and shredded
4ouncescream cheese,softened
1cupcottage cheese
1/2cupsour cream
10.75ouncescondensed cream of chicken soup
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
3/4teaspoononion powder
1sleeve Ritz crackers
1teaspoondried parsley
4tablespoonsbutter,melted
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9x9-inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, add 4 ounces cream cheese,1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 10.75 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 3/4 teaspoon onion powder. Mix to combine.
Add the shredded 4 cups boneless skinless chicken, and stir to combine. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
Add 1 sleeve Ritz crackers to a sealed Ziplock bag. Crush the crackers using a rolling pin or your hands.
In a medium bowl, add the crushed crackers. Pour in the melted 4 tablespoons butter, and 1 teaspoon dried parsley and stir to coat the crackers.
Sprinkle the casserole with the crushed Ritz cracker mixture.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Garnish with 1 teaspoon dried parsleyresh parsley if desired.
