In a large bowl, mix together the minced ½ pear,3 cloves garlic,1 tablespoon ginger,⅓ cup soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, 2 teaspoons sriracha, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon lime juice and ½ teaspoons black pepper.
Add the sliced 2 pounds flank steak, to the marinade bowl. Cover and allow the beef to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
Once the beef has marinated, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and some of the marinated beef in a single layer on the hot skillet. Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove the cooked beef and set it aside while cooking the rest of the beef.
Serve over rice, and enjoy!
