In a large bowl add 1 pound shredded Brussels sprouts, 1 medium sliced green apple, 1 medium sliced red apple, ½ pound cooked and crumbled bacon, ¼ cup cranberries, ¼ cup pumpkin seeds, and ¼ cup goat cheese.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together ¼ olive oil, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon dijon mustard.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until coated.
