Ingredients

ripe bananas mashed
about 1 cup

teaspoon
baking soda
1/3
cup
oil
2/3
cup
sugar

eggs
beaten
pinch
of salt
1 and 1/3

all purpose flour
1/2
cup
chopped walnuts
optional
Instructions
Mix together with a
spatula
or
wooden spoon
(all ingredients) banana, baking soda, oil, sugar, eggs, salt and flour in a large
mixing bowl
.
Fold in the chopped walnuts if using.
Pour in a greased
9x5 loaf pan
. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
