1/2tsp.truviaor sub another sweetener

Before you plan on making your smoothie, peel a large and very ripe banana. Cut the banana into coins and place the coins on a tray in the freezer. After about an hour, transfer the banana coins into a resealable bag until ready to use.
In a blender or large food processor, combine the banana, orange juice, yogurt, truvia, and vanilla extract.
Pulse for about 10-15 seconds.
Add in the frozen pineapple. Blend until completely smooth and no chunks remain.
