Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x13 inch pan with Reynolds Wrap® Non Stick Foil. In a medium sized bowl add the cranberries, apples, sugar, and flour. Mix until coated. Spread evenly in the bottom of your 9x13 inch pan.
In a medium sized bowl combine oats, sugar, cinnamon, flour, pecans, and butter. Sprinkle topping evenly on top of the cranberry apple mixture. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
