olive oil
juice of half a lemon
salt and pepper
Instructions
In a medium-sized
skillet
, fill the skillet with 1-2 inches of water. Add the asparagus and bring it to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and steam for 4-6 minutes or until tender.
Remove the asparagus from the water and toss with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
