Ingredients

garlic powder

Instructions
In a medium pot with a lid, combine the chicken broth, rice, butter, garlic powder, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
Cover the pot and allow the rice to simmer slowly for 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
Fluff with a fork, season with salt if needed, and garnish with fresh minced basil.
