large shrimp
peeled and deveined

pork or chicken sausage
sliced

medium sized zucchini
sliced

red bell pepper
chopped into chunks

yellow bell pepper
chopped into chunks
Salt and Pepper

Cajun Seasoning
Instructions
In a large bowl add the shrimp, sausage, zucchini, bell pepper and salt and pepper. Toss with olive oil and cajun seasoning.
Thread the shrimp, sausage, zucchini and pepper onto each skewer.
Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Grill each side for 1-2 minutes until the shrimp is opaque and veggies are tender.
