Ingredients

English cucumbers,
about 3 cups sliced

red onion

plain Greek yogurt

fresh dill,

red wine vinegar

lemon juice

teaspoon
kosher salt

Fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
Thinly slice the cucumber and onion and add them to a large bowl.
In a separate small bow, whisk together the greek yogurt, dill, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, and salt.
Pour the dressing over the cucumber and onion and stir to coat everything well. Serve fresh!
