Ingredients
1poundthin spaghettibroken into 1 inch pieces
1pintcherry tomatoeschopped in half
2mediumzucchinisdiced
1largecucumberdiced
1mediumgreen bell pepperdiced
1red bell pepperdiced
1largered oniondiced
21/4 ounce cans sliced ripe olivesdrained
1cupitalian salami cut in half
DRESSING:
3/4cupolive oil
1/2cupred wine vinegar
2TablespoonsItalian Seasoning
2teaspoonssugar
¼cupgrated Parmesan cheese
2teaspoonssesame seeds
1teaspoonpaprika
½teaspooncelery seed
¼teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Add cherry tomatoes, zucchini, cucumber, green and red bell pepper, red onions, olives, and salami in a large bowl.
To Make the Dressing:
To make the dressing: Whisk together in a medium sized bowl olive oil, red wine vinegar, italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, paprika, celery seed, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Drizzle and toss over the salad. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
