Open 1 can Pillsbury Grand Original Biscuits, and flatten each biscuit. Fry each biscuit in 1/4-inch of hot Oil for Frying over medium heat until golden brown, turning once. Drain biscuits on paper towels and keep warm.
In a medium skillet, brown 1 lb Ground Beef until no longer pink. Add 1 Tablespoon Homemade Taco Seasoning , 1 (15 ounce) can black beans 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes , and 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans . Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and allow to simmer.
Once ready to assemble, lay the fried biscuit on a plate and put 1/2 cup of meat mixture on top. Top with your favorite toppings like olives, sour cream, avocados , tomatoes, lettuce, and cheddar cheese.
