Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Combine the 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, 1 (4-ounce) can diced jalapenos, and 1 tablespoon granulated sugar in a small bowl and mix well.
Unroll the 1 (8-ounce) can crescent dough and split it in half where the seam is so that you have two squares. Pinch the seams together.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on each section of crescent dough evenly. Roll the dough up like a hot dog then cut it into 8 slices. More or less depending on how big you want the pinwheels to be. Repeat this method with the other section of dough so you have 16 pinwheels total.
Place the pinwheels on the prepared pan and bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
