This Foolproof Glazed Meatloaf is tender, juicy and packed with flavor. It's the perfect easy, affordable comfort food! With a balsamic brown sugar glaze it's hands down the best meatloaf ever.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine 2 pounds lean ground beef, 1 small chopped onion, 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, ¾ cup Italian bread crumbs , ½ cup milk, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
Use your hands to mix until combined, being careful not to overmix. Press the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Brush half of the mixture on the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. Brush the remaining glaze on top the last 10 minutes. Bake until the beef is cooked through and the temperature reads 160 degrees Fahrenheit when checked with a thermometer.
