Ingredients
3/4cupschicken brothcanned
1 1/2tbspcornstarch
2tbsplow-sodium soy sauce
1tbspswhite wine vinegar
1/2tspground ginger
2medium scallions chopped
2medium garlic cloves minced
1/2tspred pepper flakes
1poundboneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
Spray slow cooker with non stick cooking spray. Lay chicken breasts in bottom.
Combine in separate bowl, chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, white wine vinegar, ginger, garlic cloves and pepper flakes.
Pour over the chicken and cook for 4-6 hours in slow cooker on low.
When finished, take chicken out of slow cooker and cut into chunks. With the juice in the slow cooker, whisk in the cornstarch slowly to thicken the sauce.
