champagne vinegar

Instructions
In a food processor or blender, add the shallot, champagne vinegar, orange juice, olive oil, dijon mustard, maple syrup, and salt.
Stream in the olive oil and blend until smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. Shake before drizzling on a salad and enjoy!
