In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup cashew butter, 1/4 cup water, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce, 1 teaspoon minced garlic , 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, and a pinch of salt,. Add red pepper flakes, if you want a spicer version.
Whisk together until smooth and combined. You can also use the blender if you prefer.
Add a splash of water to reach the desired consistency if needed.
