Salmon Croquettes are pan fried and packed with so many great flavors. These make a quick and easy weeknight meal and are delicious with a tartar sauce!
Add 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup all-purpose flour to a bowl and mix. Add 1/2 green bell pepper,1/2 red bell pepper,(3) 5-ounce cans salmon, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 large egg,1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. Mix until incorporated.
Shape into 6-8 patties and heat 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add patties to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
