Salmon Croquettes are pan fried and packed with so many great flavors. These make a quick and easy weeknight meal and are delicious with a tartar sauce!
Add ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs and ¼ cup all-purpose flour to a bowl and mix. Add ½ chopped green bell pepper, ½ chopped red bell pepper, 3 (5-ounce) drained cans salmon, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, 1 large lightly beaten egg¼ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and ¼ cup chopped cilantro. Mix until incorporated.
Shape into 6-8 patties and heat 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add patties to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
