Ingredients
1poundbowtie pasta
2cupsbaby spinach
2cupsarugula
1/2cupcranberries
1/4cupgolden raisins
1/2cupwalnut halves
1/2cupcrumbled feta cheese
1/4cupbalsamic vinegar
2tablespoonshoney
1tablespoondijon mustard
1/4teaspoonground black pepper
1/4teaspoonkosher salt
1/2cupolive oil
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to directions on the box and drain.
Allow pasta to cool.
in a large bowl add the pasta, spinach, arugula, cranberries, golden raisins, walnuts and feta cheese.
In a small bowl add the vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, black pepper salt and olive oil and whisk well until combined.
Pour over desired amount over salad and combine gently.
