Buttery Herb Sautéed Mushrooms
are tender mushrooms coated in a seasoned mixture that are sautéed until they are tender in a buttery herb sauce. The perfect side dish to any meal!

Ingredients

Tablespoons
butter

ounce
button mushrooms
sliced

tablespoon
fresh thyme
finely chopped
1
tablespoon
parsley
finely chopped
1
tablespoon
rosemary
finely chopped

cloves
garlic
finely chopped
salt and pepper
Instructions
In a medium sized skillet over medium high heat add the butter. Add the mushrooms, thyme, parsley, rosemary, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
Sauté for 3-4 minutes or until they become tender. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired.
