Cranberry pecan brie bites are such an amazing appetizer! It has layered pecans, soft brie, a dollop of cranberry sauce all cupped in a golden brown, flaky crescent roll.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. On a floured surface, roll out 1 (8-ounce) tube crescent dough and pinch the seams. Cut the dough into 24 equal squares. In a mini muffin tin add the dough and press into each cup.
Add some of the 1/2 cup chopped pecans to the bottom. Cut 1 (8-ounce) wheel of brie into small slices and press on top of the pecans. Top with a dollop of the 1/2 cup cranberry sauce.
Bake for 15 minutes or until they are golden. Garnish with a sprig of fresh Rosemary.
