Spray the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with baking spray, and line it with parchment paper. Preheat the oven according to the brownie package directions.
Blend the cookies in a food processor until they are very fine. In a medium bowl melt the butter.
Add the cookies to the butter and mix until well combined. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the box but also add in the ¼ cup of fudge topping.
Spread the brownie mixture on top of the cookie crust. Bake the brownie mix as directed and let it cool completely.
Melt cream and caramels together over medium-low heat on the stove until the caramels are melted and creamy.
Pour the caramel sauce evenly over the cooled brownies. Let it cool until set. You can speed up the process by placing the brownies in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Lastly, in a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the chocolate, butter, and heavy cream together.
Pour the chocolate sauce over the caramel layer. Let this cool completely. Serve and enjoy.
