sliced mushrooms

olive oil

tablespoons
soy sauce

tablespoons
grated parmesan

garlic powder

minced fresh thyme

ground black pepper
Instructions
Add
16 ounces sliced mushrooms
,
2 tablespoons olive oil
,
2 tablespoons soy sauce
,
3 tablespoons grated parmesan
,
1 teaspoon garlic powder
,
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
,
½ teaspoon salt
, and
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
to a medium bowl. Toss to coat the mushrooms evenly.
Add the mushrooms to the air fryer basket in an even layer. Air fry at 380°F for 5 minutes.
Shake the basket and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until tender.

Store leftover mushrooms in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Reheating:
Warm leftovers in the air fryer at 365°F for 3–5 minutes until heated through and crispy again.
