Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 10 X 15-inch baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Place the saltine crackers in even rows on the prepared pan and set aside.
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and brown sugar. Whisk and let it boil for a few minutes.
Pour the sugar mixture over the saltine crackers. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let it sit for a few minutes to melt.
