uncooked rice

Instructions
Add
1 cup uncooked rice

6 cups water

to the blender. Blend until the rice starts to break up, about 1 minute.
Allow the rice and water to stand at room temperature for at least 3 hours.
In a large pitcher, use a strainer to strain the rice mixture. Discard the rice.
