Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts in the prepared pan.
Pour 1 cup prepared Caesar salad dressing evenly over the chicken breasts, making sure the chicken is completely covered.
Sprinkle 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese evenly on top of the dressing.
Crush 2 cups Caesar croutons in a large Ziplock bag using a rolling pin. Pour in ¼ cup melted unsalted butter and mix to combine. Sprinkle them evenly on top of the cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Leftover & Reheating Instructions
In the Refrigerator: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
To Reheat: Reheat portions in the microwave until warmed through. Drizzle with extra Caesar dressing to moisten the chicken, if desired.
In the Freezer: I don’t recommend freezing this one. It's best served right away!
