California Avocado dip is so easy to make and has so many delicious and fresh ingredients! Avocados, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro come together in this irresistible dip!

Ingredients

avocados

diced Roma tomatoes,
about ½ cup

tablespoons
minced onion,
about 1/4 small onion

can jalapeño,
add to taste
salt
to taste

lemon juice

cilantro
Instructions
Start by peeling the skin and removing the pit of the avocado, dice them into cubes, and lightly mash them with a fork.
Add the tomatoes, and onion to the avocado. Add the jalapeños to taste.
Add the lemon juice, cilantro, and salt to taste. You can add more of the ingredients to your taste and liking.
Serve with chips and enjoy!
