Chile Lime Salmon. This quick and easy 20 minute dinner is super flavorful thanks to a bit of heat from the Chile and a cooling citrus zest from the lime.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking sheet with foil and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 teaspoons lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon lime zest , and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Whisk to combine.
Lay the 4 salmon fillets, on the baking pan, skin side down. Brush the tops with the chili lime sauce.
Bake the salmon for 15 minutes, and remove from the oven. Garnish with chopped cilantro and lime slices if desired.
