Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a small bowl, melt ¼ cup unsalted butter in the microwave.
In a separate bowl, combine ½ cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon, then stir to combine.
Lay 6 medium flour tortillas flat and brush evenly with the melted butter on one side. Optional: Carefully flip the tortillas over and repeat the butter and sugar mixture on the other side. Not necessary, but makes them extra delicious!
Sprinkle generously with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Using a knife or a pizza cutter, cut the tortillas into small triangles and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the tortilla chips are crispy.
Notes
Room Temperature: Store in an airtight container for 3–5 days. Use less butter if you want them to last longer. Oil shortens shelf life.
