Cookie in a Mug

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 teaspoons light brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt, or to taste
- 1 egg yolk
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips, semi-sweet or milk
Instructions
- Melt the butter in an 8-ounce microwave-safe mug, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the brown sugar and granulated sugar.
- Add the egg yolk and vanilla then stir to combine.
- Stir in the flour and salt.
- Add in chocolate chips or any mix-ins you want.
- Microwave on high for 50 seconds to 1 minute.
- Top with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy warm!
