• Using an electric hand mixer, mix 2 (8-ounce) packages softened cream cheese, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon onion powder in a large bowl.
• Add 1 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese, ¼ cup chopped green onions, and ¾ cup chopped dried cranberries to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until incorporated well into the cream cheese mixture.
• Shape the mixture into a ball using plastic wrap to make it easy. Cover and refrigerate the cheese ball for at least 1 hour.

For the topping

• Place 1 cup chopped pecans on a plate. Roll the cheese ball over the pecans and coat the outside of the cheese ball evenly.
• Add 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries and additional chopped green onions . Serve with crackers and enjoy!
