Cranberry Salsa
Cranberry salsa is a
fresh cranberry mixture of sweet and savory
that is laid over cream cheese. It makes for the BEST holiday appetizer! You can also serve it in place of cranberry sauce with your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner.

Ingredients

12- ounce package fresh cranberries

small Granny Smith apple
chopped

chopped green onions
1/4
cup
chopped cilantro

jalapeño
deseeded and diced
1/2

sugar

apple cider vinegar
juice of one lime
salt and pepper
to taste

8- ounce package cream cheese, softened, for serving
Instructions
In a food processor, add the cranberries, apple, green onion, cilantro, jalapeno, sugar, vinegar, and lime juice.
Pulse the ingredients until coarsely chopped. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with crackers or pour over a block of cream cheese for dipping!
