Instructions
To a 4-6 quart crockpot, add 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, 1 (8-ounce) jar sliced pepperoncini peppers, ⅓ cup chicken broth, 1 packet Italian dressing mix, and 3 cloves minced garlic. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
Once the chicken is tender, shred with a fork, then add 4 ounces cream cheese and ½ cup grated Parmesan cheeseStir until the cream cheese is melted and evenly combined.

Leftover Instructions
Fridge- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave in 30-second intervals until heated through.
Freezer- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.
