In a small bowl combine 1 cup sour cream, 3 tablespoons fresh minced dill, 1 teaspoon grated garlic,1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, the juice of 1 lemon, and salt and pepper to taste.
Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
