Ingredients
½
pound
ground pork
1
tablespoon
sesame oil
9
ounces
ramen noodles
I used Buldak brand, seasonings removed
⅓
cup
chili garlic sauce
⅓
cup
soy sauce
⅓
cup
brown sugar
1
teaspoon
ginger paste
⅓
cup
unsalted chopped peanuts
¼
cup
sliced green onions
Instructions
Cook
9 ounces ramen noodles
according to the package directions. Drain the noodles in a colander and set aside.
In a large skillet, add
1 tablespoon sesame oil
and
½ pound ground pork
and cook over medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes, or until no longer pink.
In a medium bowl, whisk together
⅓ cup chili garlic sauce
,
⅓ cup soy sauce
,
⅓ cup brown sugar
, and
1 teaspoon ginger paste
.
Add the sauce and
⅓ cup unsalted chopped peanuts
to the cooked pork and stir to combine. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles and toss to coat everything in the sauce. Top with
¼ cup sliced green onions
and serve!

Leftover Instructions
Fridge:
Store leftover dragon noodles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
Reheating:
Reheat leftovers in the microwave until heated through!
