1(12.4 ounce)tube thin refrigerated pizza crust
3tablespoonsdijon mustard
6ouncessliced ham
6ouncessliced Swiss cheese
6sliced green onions
6piecescooked and crumbled bacon
1beaten large egg
¼cupgrated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Roll out 1 (12.4 ounce) tube thin refrigerated pizza crust on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spread 3 tablespoons dijon mustard evenly on top.
Add an even layer of 6 ounces sliced ham, 6 ounces sliced Swiss cheese and top with 6 sliced green onions and 6 pieces cooked and crumbled bacon. Roll the dough up and place seam side down on baking sheet.
Brush with 1 beaten large egg and sprinkle the top with ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
