Garlic Ranch Smashed Potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with the most incredible garlic ranch flavor! These make the perfect side dish or appetizer.

chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Add the 2 pounds yellow baby potatoes to a large pot, fill it with water, and bring to a boil. The potatoes should take 10-15 minutes to cook until tender, check them with a fork, then drain.
Lay the potatoes in an even layer on the baking sheet. Carefully smash each one with a potato masher.
In a small bowl whisk together the ½ cup melted butter, 3 minced garlic cloves, and 2 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix shaker. Spread the mixutre on top of the potatoes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown and crispy. Top with chopped parsley for garnish and serve.
