Tzatziki Sauce
In a small bowl, combine 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, ⅓ cup finely chopped cucumber, 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill, 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon finely minced garlic. Taste and season with salt and ground black pepper. Cover and chill in the refridgerator while you prepare the sliders.
Sliders
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine 3 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie with ⅓ cup Greek salad dressing and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Keep the 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls stuck together and slice them in half horizontally. Lay the bottom half in the bottom of the prepared casserole dish. Top with the chicken mixture and 6 slices mozzarella cheese. Place the top half of the rolls on top.
In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons melted salted butter, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, and ¼ teaspoon dried basil and brush it over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with ¼ cup crumbled feta.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the sliders are heated through. Slice the rolls into individual sliders and serve immediately with the Tzatziki sauce and any other desired toppings.
